3. Purchases and Payments

In-app purchases are processed through:

• Apple App Store for iOS users
• Google Play Store for Android users

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for in-app purchases can only be processed by:

• Android users: Visit Google Play Store Support

5. User Content

You retain rights to your content (speaking responses) while granting us license to use it for service improvement and AI training.

All content, features, and functionality of PREPIELTS are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
